With a background as a behavior specialist and mental health therapist, Courtney quickly distinguished herself as a business leader who is able to ensure high quality care and clinical outcomes. 

As the former Executive Director at REM West Virginia, Courtney enhanced efficiencies, introduced innovative services, and expanded the company's footprint through strategic acquisitions. She also excelled as Director of Operations at Family Behavioral Resources, leading the development of outpatient clinics and school-based therapy services, while centralizing support departments.

Courtney is known for building and leading high-performing teams focused on results and quality service delivery. Her passion for making an impact in underserved communities has guided her career. We are excited to welcome Courtney to the MyTown leadership team! 

Tosha is an efficient professional with demonstrated success in the Healthcare industry, effective at developing and implementing operational processes, systems & teams. She quickly grasps business priorities to identify solutions and optimal personnel to train and develop strong departments. Tosha is skilled at overseeing complex, high-value technical operations with excellent planning competencies to compliantly drive increases in revenue. She will be instrumental in ensuring the financial stability of MyTown by driving the strategic vision for the company.

We are thrilled to introduce Lisa Rose who has joined the MyTown team as the Corporate Controller! With a wealth of experience in multi-site financial and operations management from her successful tenures at Springstone and SUN Behavioral Health, Lisa's broad range of expertise will be a critical asset to the MyTown leadership team. 

During her four impactful years at SUN Behavioral, Lisa played a pivotal role in the early stages of development of a 126-bed hospital in Columbus. During that time, she held the position of CFO, and later as CEO, demonstrating her strong leadership capabilities. Throughout her career, Lisa has exhibited proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring robust financial and operational policies. 

Her enthusiasm for MyTown's mission is contagious, and we are confident that she will leverage her extensive experience to help us achieve our goals.

Nina Bonifacio has joined MyTown as the Director of Compliance, Quality, and Special Projects. Nina is an accomplished healthcare leader and compassionate RN with a proven background leading diverse healthcare operations with a focus on ensuring compliance, quality, and sustainability. Nina also has extensive operational experience, having served as the CEO of multiple inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs. 

Nina has a strong proficiency in monitoring and managing day-to-day clinical and administrative functions while ensuring the highest levels of quality and compliance. In her role at MyTown, Nina will directly support clinicians and operators as they work to execute our mission of ensuring high-quality outcome driven care to medically underserved communities.

Lainey Haal has joined our team as Director of Corporate Development! 

Lainey is a veteran of the healthcare industry - her first job was in her father's family medicine practice in rural South Texas, laying the foundation for an extensive career across various roles and markets, primarily in physician relations and patient experience. Most recently, Lainey worked in mergers and acquisitions in the primary care and substance abuse treatment spaces. Lainey is a skilled strategist and talented communicator focused on building sustainable relationships. Her experience coupled with an enthusiastic energy will be an excellent asset as MyTown continues to grow.

Drew Schwemer has joined MyTown Health Partners as our Senior Human Resources Manager, contributing over 15 years of expertise in Healthcare Human Resources Management and Talent Acquisition. Drew's extensive background spans across various healthcare sectors, including DDD/IDD population, Pharmacy, Home Health, and Hospice, with a focus on multi-state operations.

His commitment to being a resource for all employees and management reflects his dedication to achieving optimal outcomes on both individual and organizational levels. At MyTown, we're excited to have Drew on board, bringing his wealth of knowledge to enhance our HR practices. His experience aligns seamlessly with our mission of providing high-quality healthcare to medically underserved communities.

Anthony has joined our team as a Data Analytics Specialist. Anthony brings a wealth of expertise in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to drive informed decision-making and enhance clinical outcomes.

Throughout their career, Anthony has demonstrated a keen ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, identifying key business questions and designing analytical approaches to address them effectively. MyTown Health Partners is excited to announce Katie Testa, who is the company’s Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant.

In this role, Katie will be working directly to support our new business partners and to ensure the most efficient integration of new practices as the company scales. Katie will also be collaborating closely with the executive team to help to execute the company’s mission and strategic plan.

Katie has over a decade of experience in healthcare operations. During this time, she has held roles in operations and human resources at several large healthcare systems in the Pittsburgh region. Her wide array of experience positions her very well to support MyTown’s mission and the growth that lies ahead.
