Courtney Walsh

Introducing Courtney Walsh, our new VP of Operations! With more than 15 years of leadership experience in human services and healthcare, Courtney has a proven track record of success. With a background as a behavior specialist and mental health therapist, Courtney quickly distinguished herself as a business leader who is able to ensure high quality care and clinical outcomes. 

 

As the former Executive Director at REM West Virginia, Courtney enhanced efficiencies, introduced innovative services, and expanded the company's footprint through strategic acquisitions. She also excelled as Director of Operations at Family Behavioral Resources, leading the development of outpatient clinics and school-based therapy services, while centralizing support departments.

 

Courtney is known for building and leading high-performing teams focused on results and quality service delivery. Her passion for making an impact in underserved communities has guided her career. We are excited to welcome Courtney to the MyTown leadership team!

Tosha is an efficient professional with demonstrated success in the Healthcare industry, effective at developing and implementing operational processes, systems & teams. She quickly grasps business priorities to identify solutions and optimal personnel to train and develop strong departments. Tosha is skilled at overseeing complex, high-value technical operations with excellent planning competencies to compliantly drive increases in revenue. She will be instrumental in ensuring the financial stability of MyTown by driving the strategic vision for the company.

Nina Bonifacio has joined MyTown as the Director of Compliance, Quality, and Special Projects. Nina is an accomplished healthcare leader and compassionate RN with a proven background leading diverse healthcare operations with a focus on ensuring compliance, quality, and sustainability. Nina also has extensive operational experience, having served as the CEO of multiple inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs. 

 

Nina has a strong proficiency in monitoring and managing day-to-day clinical and administrative functions while ensuring the highest levels of quality and compliance. In her role at MyTown, Nina will directly support clinicians and operators as they work to execute our mission of ensuring high-quality outcome driven care to medically underserved communities.

Matthew Flynn

MyTown Health Partners is led by Matt Flynn, a healthcare executive with deep experience in building and operating healthcare delivery models.

 

Initially trained as a physical therapist, Matt is well known in the industry for his ability to lead the innovation of care delivery models and expand access to services through repeatable and profitable operational models, while maintaining an unwavering focus on quality and clinical outcomes. Matt most recently led operations at Springstone, a national behavioral health platform, as the COO and later as President. During his tenure, acute inpatient and outpatient services scaled across the country resulting in expanded access to care and a successful recapitalization of the operating company.

 

Prior to Springstone, Matt was the COO at FBR, a community-based outpatient behavioral health provider serving Pennsylvania and Ohio. While in this role, operations expanded to include both new locations and additional mental health services for rural communities in need throughout the region.

 

Earlier in his career, Matt worked in operational leadership roles in the urgent and primary care space for both MedExpress and Concentra. While in these roles, Matt made large impacts on these organizations by building and leading regional teams that were able to ensure consistent outcomes while integrating new service lines with significant increases in geographical locations.

Alexis Barbour

Alexis Barbour serves as Chief Development Officer at MyTown Health Partners. In this role, she leads the organization’s growth strategy, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, organic expansion initiatives, strategic partnerships, and all integration activities to ensure sustainable growth aligned with MyTown’s mission of delivering high-quality care to underserved communities. With more than 20 years of accounting, finance, and operations leadership experience—primarily within behavioral and long-term healthcare—she has led complex organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and operational scaling.

Prior to joining MyTown, Alexis served as CFO of Columbus Springs, a multi-site behavioral health provider, and led consultative programs in the healthcare industry.

Alexis brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to development, informed by her deep experience in strategic planning, performance measurement, and enterprise execution. She is highly skilled in evaluating opportunities, aligning operational and financial strategy, and partnering across clinical, operational, and compliance teams to support responsible growth. Driven by MyTown’s purpose, Alexis is deeply committed to advancing access to care in historically underserved communities.

Dr. Barry Magnus

Barry Magnus, M.D., is a family medicine-trained physician with over 35 years of experience in the fields of primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine. He has held numerous executive-level physician leadership positions at both OH+R and Concentra, closely partnering with operations to ensure the highest level of quality care and the strongest clinical outcomes.


Dr. Magnus will directly support MyTown and its physician network bringing their expertise to the forefront via leadership opportunities and roles.

Dr. Joy Hamilton

Dr. Joy Hamilton is the Vice President at MyTown Health Partners, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare management and operations. Prior to this, she served at Concentra for 11 years starting as the Area Medical Director and advanced to be the Director of Medical Operations where she led clinical operations and managed medical teams across multiple states.  

 

Dr. Hamilton is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation earning her MD and completing her residency from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She earned her MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Passionate about healthcare leadership and improving patient care, Dr. Hamilton combines her medical expertise with strategic business insights to drive success in the healthcare industry.

Lisa Rose

We are thrilled to introduce Lisa Rose who has joined the MyTown team as the Corporate Controller! With a wealth of experience in multi-site financial and operations management from her successful tenures at Springstone and SUN Behavioral Health, Lisa's broad range of expertise will be a critical asset to the MyTown leadership team. 

 

During her four impactful years at SUN Behavioral, Lisa played a pivotal role in the early stages of development of a 126-bed hospital in Columbus. During that time, she held the position of CFO, and later as CEO, demonstrating her strong leadership capabilities. Throughout her career, Lisa has exhibited proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring robust financial and operational policies. 

 

Her enthusiasm for MyTown's mission is contagious, and we are confident that she will leverage her extensive experience to help us achieve our goals.

Gonzalo Elorza

Gonzalo Elorza serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across healthcare services, multi-site operations, and high-growth organizations. He oversees all financial, accounting, and revenue cycle functions, with a strong focus on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and scalable infrastructure to support Town Health Partners’ continued expansion.

Prior to joining Town Health Partners, Gonzalo held senior finance leadership roles at Endodontics Practice Partners, where he led significant M&A growth, executed large-scale debt financings, and built high-performing accounting, FP&A, and revenue cycle teams. His background also includes progressive leadership roles at LifePoint Health, HCA Healthcare, and Deloitte, with deep expertise in GAAP reporting, audits, SOX compliance, revenue optimization, and enterprise system implementations. Gonzalo holds an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Net Revenue Analyst.
